3. Course Access and Validity
- Once purchased, the course will be accessible to you for a lifetime (unless otherwise specified).
- The course is meant solely for individual use and cannot be shared, redistributed, or resold.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via secure gateways including Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
- All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Full payment must be made before course access is granted.
- You are responsible for any charges, taxes, or fees incurred.
5. Refund and Course Switch Policy
- We do not offer refunds once the course is purchased.
- However, if you are unsatisfied or feel the course doesn’t match your goals, you may request a one-time course switch of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase.
- Requests must be emailed to support@horrizon.in with your purchase details.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, logos, videos, graphics, and written content are the intellectual property of Horrizon and/or its instructors.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
While using Horrizon, you agree:
- Not to engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity.
- Not to share your login credentials.
- Not to use the platform in a way that damages, disables, or interferes with other users.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without notice or refund.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Indian IT regulations and industry standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Horrizon is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from course usage, technical errors, or user interpretation of content.
- We do not guarantee specific career or academic outcomes.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panipat, India.
